Legalon is a natural medicine clinically researched to support liver function and aid healthy detoxification.
Legalon's benchmark formulation has been used for over 45 years to help support the liver during recovery from toxic overload; causes may include overconsumption of alcohol, rich, fatty and procesed foods.
Legalon may also assist to relieve fatigue and mild gastrointestinal symptoms associated with a liver under stress; such as nausea and feelings of uncomfortable fullness.
Ingredients
Legalon contains a specific extract of Milk thistle known as MZ 80.
Each capsule contains
Silybum marianum equiv.
dry fruit 7.2 g standardised
equivalent to silymarin 140 mg.
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years:
1 capsule, 3 times daily.
Once desired effect has been achieved, the dose may be reduced to 1 cap, twice daily.
Use for as long as liver support is needed.
