Shipping

At Corner Chemist, we aim to get your purchase to you in the same condition it left the shop in. We carefully package your order and protect it using packing material and strong packaging. 

We are pleased to offer free shipping on purchases of $100 and over, and free Express Post shipping on purchases $150 and over. 

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. We will contact you with a tracking number which you can plug in here to follow the shipment of your order: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track . If you have opted to have the item delivered by envelope, there will not be a tracking number. 

We endeavour to ship your order out the same day. If we do not have the item in stock, we will send the order as soon as we receive stock from our wholesaler, which is usually the next day. If there is a delay of more than a couple of days, we will be in contact with you to inform you of the issue.

The cut off time for same day delivery is 2pm. If it is urgent, please get in contact with us, and we might be able to get it in the mail, unless the daily parcel pickup has already occured. Please keep in mind that although our pharmacy operates 7 days a week, Australia Post only operates on business days, so if you say, place your order on Friday pm, and it is processed on Saturday, it will not be picked up until Monday pm. 

Please allow 3-10 business days for Regular Post, 1-3 business days for Express Post and 1-4 business days for envelope delivery. 

On occasion, we may need to use a courier for delivery and this is done using Couriers Please or Fastway. As with Australia Post, the tracking details will be sent to you.

Returns

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are more than happy to accept returns if the product is not what you ordered or is faulty in any way. Happy customers make us happy, so if you have made a genuine mistake, we may be able to offer you a replacement or a refund - please send us an email. All returns should reach us in the same condition you received it (i.e. unopened and unused and in its original condition), and do make sure it is well protected!

Corner Chemists reserves the right to refuse the return of any products that are not sealed by the manufacturer and / or are sensitive in nature.
