Ingredients

Active ingredients per lozenge:
Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry
-Equiv. fresh juice 1.2 g
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 50 mg
Zinc gluconate
-Equiv. zinc 3 mg
Honey 100 mg
Contains Pollen, Sugars and Sorbitol.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1-2 lozenges every hour, or as needed; up to 16 lozenges per day.

Children 6-9 years: Take 1 lozenge every 3 hours, up to 4 per day.

Children 9-12 years: take 1 lozenge every 1-2 hours, up to 8 per day.

Seek medical advice before using during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amount or for a long period.

Contains sugars as part of honey.

Product contains 7.1 g of malitol and 6.4 g of sorbitol at the maximum recommended daily dose which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
