The Futuro For Her Slim Silhouette Ankle Support helps relieve pain due to ankle sprains, chronic ankle instability and overuse syndromes.

Measurements

For left or right ankle, measure around ankle, just above the bone. Size Small /Medium 19.1-21.6cm. Please ensure you measure correctly before purchasing this product as we don't offer a refund or exchange for incorrect sizing

Directions

  1. Slide foot into the elastic sleeve. (For the right ankle, turn the support inside out.)
  2. Wrap the strap over the top of the foot and around the ankle.
  3. Attach the hook fastener.
  4. Adjust strap until fit is firm yet comfortable.
  5. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water.
  6. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
