Application Suggestion:
Spray 1-3 sprays directly to the relevant area and massage into the skin. Add to a warm bath and soak for up to half an hour.

Ingredients:
Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, Purified water, Citric acid, Glycerol.st prior to use. Discontinue use if you experience a stinging sensation or signs of skin irritation.
Do not apply to sensitive areas such as the face and mucous membranes (e.g eyes and nose). Do not apply to damaged, cracked or broken skin.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
