A calming kids supplement containing valerian and passionflower that are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve disturbed sleep, restlessness and nervous energy.

Choline supports cognitive function when dietary intake is inadequate and helps the synthesis of neurotransmitters. Pleasant forest berries flavour easily added to smoothies, juice or water.

DOSAGE:

Shake well before use.

A dose can be taken straight or mixed with water or juice and consumed immediately.

For short term use, maximum of 2 weeks without medical advice.

Take as recommended, or as professionally prescribed.

Children 6-12 years: Give 10 mL one to two times a day.

Children 13-17 years: Give 20 mL one to two times a day.
