    How do Dry Eyes Develop

    The tear film provides natural protection for our eyes. It keeps the eye moist and creates a smooth surface of the eye and provides protection from microbial invasion. When the formation of tear film is disrupted, your eyes will feel dry and irritated.

     

    Common causes of dry eyes include:

    • Aging
    • Cataract Surgery
    • Refractive Surgery (e.g Lasik)
    • Use of Computer
    • Contact Lens Wear

     

    Ingredients

    Polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG 400) – 0.25%, OcuPure® preservative (Sodium chlorite), Sodium hyaluronate – 0.38%, Boric acid, Sodium borate, Sodium chloride, Potassium chloride, Calcium chloride, Magnesium chloride, Purified water.
     

    Directions

    Place 1 or 2 drops in affected eye as required
    Blink several times to wash the eye
    Use as often as required
    It is recommended that contact lenses are removed before use and re-inserted when any temporary blurring of vision has cleared.
