The Thermoskin EXO Dual Tennis Elbow support provides protection and targeted compression to the problem areas of tennis and golfer's elbow injuries, with dual pads addressing both outer (tennis) and inner (golf) sides of the forearm.

Who it's for: Adults with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) or golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis) needing dual-sided, dynamic support.

Key features: EXO thermo-regulation technology converts moisture into heat to aid recovery. Dual pads target both tennis (outer arm) and golf (inner arm) areas of soreness. One size fits most.

Directions: Wrap the support around the outer side of the upper forearm and insert the strap. Position the pads below the elbow, where tension or soreness occurs. With the arm straight, make a fist, then pull the strap to lock the pads in place. Relax the hand to ensure the support is comfortable.

Ingredients: Outer: 90% polyester, 10% spandex. Mid layer: rubber foam. Inner lining: polyester. Does not contain latex.

Warnings: Contains a synthetic fibre which may cause a reaction. Should irritation occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

Care: Wash before wear. Place in a delicates washing bag. Machine wash with cold water. Drip dry. Do not wring, tumble dry, bleach, or dry in direct sunlight.
