The Thermoskin EXO Adjustable Ankle Wrap provides protection, ankle joint stability, and increased thermal properties to aid in the rehabilitation of ankle and Achilles tendon injuries, including ATFL/CFL tears and Achilles tendinosis.
Who it's for: Adults recovering from ankle sprains, ligament tears, or Achilles tendon injuries needing stabilising support with thermal therapy.
Key features: EXO thermo-regulation technology converts moisture into heat, increasing muscle temperature and blood flow to aid recovery. Full wrap design with side elastic straps for additional ankle support. One size fits most; fits either ankle.
Directions: Place the support on the ground with all straps open. Place the heel in the opening with support under the foot via the side elastic straps. Wrap the side ankle straps first, then apply the left side of the foot before the right, affixing the fastener firmly yet comfortably. The elastic straps under the foot cross over and affix behind the ankle for best support.
Ingredients: Nylon, polyester, rubber foam. Does not contain latex.
Warnings: Contains a synthetic fibre which may cause a reaction. Should irritation occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
Care: Wash before wear. Place in a delicates washing bag. Machine wash with cold water. Drip dry. Do not wring, tumble dry, bleach, or dry in direct sunlight.
