Swisse Ultiboost Sleep is a premium quality formula containing magnesium and herbs including valerian, licorice, hops, China root and Anemarrhena, to help support natural, restful sleep and provide relief from nervous tension. Valerian is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine for its calming properties to help minimise sleep challenges, tenseness, restlessness and irritability. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients: Each film coated tablet contains: Magnesium (from magnesium orotate) 6.4mg, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis extract 325mg) equiv. dry root 1.3g, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra extract 12.5mg) equiv. dry root & stolon 50mg, Hops (Humulus lupulus extract 26.67mg) equiv. dry flower 200mg, China root (Wolfiporia cocos extract 10mg) equiv. dry fruiting body 50mg, Anemarrhena asphodeloides extract 10mg equiv. No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg or soy.

Directions: Adult dosage: One to two tablets daily, 30-60 minutes before sleeping, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings: In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver — stop use and see a doctor if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Store below 30°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
