A premium formula combining Magnesium and Valerian, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine, to help relieve nervous tension and support natural, restful sleep. Melatonin-free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients (each film-coated tablet): Magnesium (from magnesium orotate) 6.4mg; Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) extract 325mg equiv. dry root 1.3g; Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) extract 12.5mg equiv. dry root & stolon 50mg; Hops (Humulus lupulus) extract 26.67mg equiv. dry flower 200mg; China root (Wolfiporia cocos) extract 10mg equiv. dry fruiting body 50mg; Anemarrhena asphodeloides extract 10mg equiv. dry root 50mg.

Directions: Adults: take 1-2 tablets, 30-60 minutes before sleeping, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings: If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver — stop use and see a doctor if yellowing skin/eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
