Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep is a valerian-free formula containing hops, passionflower and lemon balm, traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve nervous tension, reduce sleeplessness and assist with a natural, restful sleep. Also formulated with magnesium to support normal muscle contraction and help reduce muscle cramps and spasms. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients: Each film coated tablet contains: Hops (Humulus lupulus extract 50mg) equiv. dry fruit 500mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata extract 150mg) equiv. dry flower and leaf 1.5g, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis extract 33.33mg) equiv. dry leaf 750mg, Magnesium (from magnesium citrate 324.88mg) 52.50mg. Contains soya bean products. No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg or artificial flavours.

Directions: Adult dosage: Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
