Ingredients: Each scoop (7.5g) contains: Magnesium (from magnesium citrate nonahydrate) 100mg, Magnesium (from magnesium glycinate dihydrate) 200mg, Total magnesium 300mg, Calcium (from calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate) 100mg, Potassium (from dibasic potassium phosphate) 30mg, Choline (from choline bitartrate) 24.98mg, Inositol 24.98mg, Hops (Humulus lupulus extract 80.25mg) equiv. dry fruit 800mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata extract 50.25mg) equiv. dry herb. Directions: Adult dosage: Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (7.5g) with 100mL of water (or more water as desired). Take once daily, approximately 30-60 minutes prior to bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately.
