Shake the bottle before use. Apply over the entire nail and cuticle after breakfast and at bedtime. The nasty taste keeps on right through the day, right through the night. Apply after eating, after washing hands. Replace cap securely after use. Although Stop 'n Grow is harmless, it may sting if finger touches eye.
