Sambucol Black Elderberry Immune Defence Lozenges are formulated with Black Elderberry, Vitamin C, Zinc and soothing Honey — convenient on-the-go immune support for the whole family. Support immune system health and function, support general health and wellbeing, and provide antioxidant support to help reduce free radicals formed in the body. Black elderberries have been traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve sore throat during common cold and flu.

Ingredients: Each lozenge contains: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice powder 200mg, equiv. to fresh juice 1.2g, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 50mg, Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 3mg, Honey 100mg. Contains sugars (as part of honey), sulfites and pollen.

Directions: To support general health, wellbeing and immune system health, or as recommended by your health professional. Adults: 1-2 lozenges hourly (maximum 16 per day). Children 9-12 years: 1 lozenge every 1-2 hours (maximum 8 per day). Children 6-9 years: 1 lozenge every 3 hours (maximum 4 per day).

Warnings: Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Pollen can cause severe allergic reactions. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Product contains maltitol and sorbitol which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea at the maximum recommended daily dose. Store below 25°C.
