Sambucol Black Elderberry Cold & Flu Forte capsules combine the power of Sambucol's original Cold & Flu relief with immune supporting ingredients Vitamin C and Zinc. Formulated to help relieve the severity of cold and flu symptoms — sore throat, mild upper respiratory tract congestion, cough and fatigue — and support healthy immune function.

Ingredients: Active ingredients per capsule: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry 81.43mg, equiv. to fresh juice 2.85g, Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate) 22.97mg equiv. to zinc 3mg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 250mg. Contains sulfites.

Directions: Adults only. Acute dose: Take 2 capsules 4 times a day. Best taken at the first sign of cold and flu, preferably within 48 hours of onset of symptoms, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Maintenance dose: Take 2 capsules 1-2 times daily.
