Sambucol Black Elderberry Cold & Flu capsules contain Black Elderberry to help reduce the severity and duration of common cold symptoms. Formulated to help relieve symptoms such as cough, sore throat and mild upper respiratory tract congestion, and to support general health and wellbeing during illness.

Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry 108.57mg, equiv. to fresh juice 3.8g. Contains sugars, sulfites and pollen. Product contains maltitol and sorbitol.

Directions: Adults only. Best taken at first signs of cold or flu symptoms, or as recommended by your health professional. Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily.

Warnings: Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Product contains maltitol and sorbitol, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea at the maximum recommended daily dose.
