Sambucol helps reduce the severity of cold & flu symptoms including:
- Runny nose
- Congestion
- Cough
- Sneezing
- Sore throat

Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
3.8g Sambucus nigra Black Elderberry fruit juice equiv. to fresh juice per capsule.
No added: lactose, gluten, yeast, dairy, or artificial colours.
Directions
- Adults only: 2 capsules 3 times a day.
Best taken at first sign of cold and flu symptoms– within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms. Or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
