Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 2 mg, Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 12 mg, Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 5 mg (as calcium pantothenate 5.46 mg), Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 1.5 mg (as pyridoxine hydrochloride 1.82 mg), Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 2 micrograms, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 59 mg, d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate (vitamin E 8.47 IU) 7 mg, Copper (as copper gluconate) 350 micrograms, Biotin (vitamin B7) 2.5 mg, Potassium (as potassium iodide) 15 micrograms, Iodine (as potassium iodide) 50 micrograms, Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 10.5 mg, Selenium (as selenomethionine) 30 micrograms, Silicon (as silicon dioxide) 15 mg, Zinc (as zinc sulfate monohydrate) 11 mg, Cysteine 5 mg
Warnings
Contains sulfites and soya beans products. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Store below 25°C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
