INDICATION
PLENVU® (polyethylene glycol 3350, sodium ascorbate, sodium sulfate, ascorbic acid, sodium chloride, and potassium chloride
for oral solution) is a prescription medication used by adults to clean the colon before a colonoscopy.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
- Do not take PLENVU® if you have a blockage in your intestine (bowel obstruction), an opening in the wall of your stomach or intestine (bowel perforation), problems with food or fluid emptying from your stomach (gastric retention), a problem with food moving too
Evening-Before Dosing
(Two-Day Split-Dosing)
If your doctor told you to take your prep over 2 days, starting the evening before your scheduled procedure and finishing it the following morning, watch this video for detailed instructions on how to take your prep.
IMPORTANT: Instructions in the video may differ from the guidance provided by your doctor. Follow the dosing instructions given to you by your doctor. If you are not sure how or when to take PLENVU®, contact your doctor before you start.
Remember to drink clear liquids before, during, and after you take PLENVU®, up until 2 hours before your colonoscopy to help prevent fluid loss. If you need to take any other medicines by mouth, take those medicines at least 1 hour before starting each dose of PLENVU®. Do not take other laxatives while taking PLENVU®.
