Address joint and muscle pain head on with PainAway Heat Patches. Once activated, these heat patches slowly release heat, delivering sustained and long-lasting warmth to the affected area for up to 8 hours, for the relief of muscular pain, joint stiffness, back pain, period pain, and sprains and strains. Odourless and ultra-thin design allows them to be worn discreetly throughout the day.

Who it's for: Adults with muscular pain, joint stiffness, back pain, period pain, or sprains and strains.

Directions: Air-activated — open only when ready to use. Remove the protective layer from the patch and apply the adhesive side to the inside of clothing, close to the painful area — do not apply directly onto skin, only apply over clothing. For period pain, place the adhesive side on underwear, not directly on skin. Do not wear on the same area for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period.

Ingredients: Iron Powder, Vermiculite, Activated Carbon, Sodium Chloride.

Warnings: Burn hazard — this heat patch can reach 60°C+; do not apply adhesive directly to skin, only apply over clothing. Has the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters — check skin periodically and discontinue use if it gets uncomfortably hot. Consult a doctor before use if diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, cardiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, nerve damage, sensitive skin, a skin condition, or an allergy to sticking plasters. If contents contact skin or eyes, rinse with water and seek immediate medical help. Single use only. Do not attempt to reheat in microwave or oven. Do not use whilst asleep, with prolonged pressure against the patch, or in conjunction with other heating devices, creams, ointments or cortisone-based topical products.
