OsteVit-D + Calcium One-a-Day contains 1000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 600 mg of elemental calcium per chewable tablet.

Directions
Dosage for adults and children over 12 years of age: Chew 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
