Berry-flavoured night-time powder combining a high-strength 300mg dose of Magnesium Citrate with 2.5g of Hydrolysed Collagen peptides, Passionflower, Vitamin C and Zinc to support restful sleep and skin regeneration.

Ingredients (per 10g serve): Magnesium citrate equiv. Magnesium 300mg; Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb dry extract 100mg (equiv. dry herb 500mg); Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 16mg; Hydrolysed Collagen 2.5g; Glycine 3g; Zinc glycinate equiv. Zinc 4mg.

Directions: Add 1 scoop (10g) and stir well into 200mL of water (cold or warm), once daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
