Nature's Own Sleep-Ezy 100 Capsules

Specially formulated with Valerian, Hops, Chamomile and Passionflower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, calm nerves and relieve sleeplessness.

Ingredients (each capsule): Valeriana officinalis dry root extract 139mg, from 556mg dry root; Humulus lupulus dry flower extract 33.33mg, from 250mg dry flower; Matricaria chamomilla dry flower extract 25mg, from 100mg dry flower; Passiflora incarnata dry herb extract 18.18mg, from 100mg dry herb; Calcium 23.3mg; Magnesium 10.4mg.

Directions: Adults: take 2-3 capsules daily, one hour before going to bed, or as recommended by your health professional.

Warnings: In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver — stop use and see a doctor if yellowing skin/eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Contains sulfites.
