Overview: Medi-Pak Hot Wheat Pack Square is a reusable microwave heat pack filled with Australian wheat, designed for local heat therapy. Approximate size is 20cm x 20cm.

Directions: Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, then increase in 20-second intervals until the desired warmth is reached. Place only on a clean, dry microwave-safe surface and follow the instructions supplied with the pack.

Warnings: Suitable for turntable microwaves only. Do not overheat. If the pack develops a burnt smell, discard it immediately. Replace after 12 months, or sooner if contaminated or damaged. Always read and follow the product instructions.
