The Medipak Canvas Hot/Cold Pack is a reusable pack, microwaveable and freezable, applied with its cover for either hot or cold therapy. Cold therapy works by contracting blood vessels, reducing internal bleeding, swelling, and easing discomfort.

Who it's for: Adults needing an everyday reusable pack for headaches, migraines, burns, toothache, RSI pain, muscle aches, sprains, tennis elbow, prickly heat, and sporting injuries — or for backache, tense muscles, arthritic conditions, and period pain when used warm.
