• Spray in the air and inhale the aroma to help soothe and relax.

Sleep & insomnia

• Spray around the bedroom or on pillow 10 minutes before bed to promote sleep.

Anxiety & stress

• Spray room as required.  For increased relaxation and for tension headaches, spray onto fingers and massage into temples.

Antiseptic

• For minor cuts and scratches, hold can 15cm from the area and spray.  Repeat as necessary.

Insect bites
