INC 100% WPI uses 100% NZ grass-fed Whey Protein Isolate for an ultra-lean formulation with very low carbs and fat, ideal for lean-muscle building and recovery. Power-loaded with BCAAs and other essential amino acids.
Who it's for: Trainers and multisport participants seeking lean muscle mass who are carb and fat conscious.
Directions: Adults: 1 serve = 32g. Add to 200mL of water for a low carb drink, or mix with juice or low-fat milk. Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise. Use up to 3 serves a day.
Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate (92%) [Whey Protein Isolate, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)], Flavours, Medium Chain Triglyceride Powder, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Sweetener (Sucralose).
Warnings: Contains milk and soy products. Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not suitable for children under 15 years or pregnant women.
Possible side effects: As a dairy-based protein, may cause digestive discomfort (bloating, gas) in individuals with lactose sensitivity, though WPI is lower in lactose than concentrate.
