Who it's for: Trainers and multisport participants seeking lean muscle mass who are carb and fat conscious.
Directions: Adults: 1 serve = 32g. Add to 200mL of water for a low carb drink, or mix with juice or low-fat milk. Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise. Use up to 3 serves a day.
Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate (84%) [Whey Protein Isolate, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)], Cocoa Powder, Flavours, Medium Chain Triglyceride Powder, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan), Salt, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Sweetener (Sucralose).
