Hirudoid Cream 40g

Hirudoid Cream treats bruises, sprains, swelling and scars, and various inflammatory conditions of the veins requiring medical supervision. Used to treat accidental or surgical injuries such as contusions, sprains and haematomas. For scars, Hirudoid assists with loosening scar tissue and improving the appearance of scars due to injury and surgery. Clinically shown to speed up the healing of bruises, approximately halving healing time.

Who it's for: Adults and children over 5 years with bruises, sprains, swelling, scars, or inflamed veins requiring medical supervision.

Directions: Unless otherwise directed by your physician, apply a 3-5cm ribbon of Hirudoid to the affected area once or twice a day as required, and massage gently into the skin until absorbed. For loosening hard scars, massage in firmly.

Ingredients: Active: Heparinoid (Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfuric Acid Ester) Bovine 3mg/g. Other ingredients: Cetostearyl alcohol, Dibasic sodium Phosphate heptahydrate, Glycerol, Isopropyl alcohol, Methyl hydroxybenzoate, Monobasic potassium phosphate, Myristyl alcohol, Potassium hydroxide, Propyl hydroxybenzoate, Purified water, Sodium cetostearyl sulfate, Stearic acid, Thymol, White soft paraffin, Wool alcohols.

Warnings: For external use only. Keep away from the eyes. Do not apply to bleeding areas or open sores. If unexpected bleeding occurs, consult your doctor. May cause reddening of the skin in some patients — if so, stop treatment. Not recommended for children under 5 years. Store below 25°C.
