Directions: Slide the injured foot into the elastic sleeve (see diagram for left ankle; for the right ankle, turn the support inside out). Wrap the strap around the ankle. Attach the hook fastener and adjust until the fit is firm, yet comfortable. Avoid attaching the fasteners on the instep, as this can cause irritation when wearing shoes.
