Directions: Lay the support over the knee, smooth side against the skin, with the single strap to the outside of the leg. Place the round hole over the kneecap. While holding the support in place, wrap the middle strap under the knee and attach the hook fastener. Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under the knee and attach them to the support. Adjust until the fit is firm, yet comfortable.
