The Futuro Adjustable Back Support is designed to help relieve lumbar region back pain due to muscle fatigue or strains. It permits a full range of movement while providing comfortable support and compression, for use during exercise, daily chores, or heavy lifting.

Who it's for: Adults with lower back pain from muscle fatigue or strain who need adjustable, moderate support during daily activities.

Size: Adjustable — fits waist 73-129cm (measured at the navel).

Directions: Remove pads on the inside of the support if desired. Centre lacing over the middle of the spine. Wrap panels around the waist and secure hook and loop in a comfortable but snug position. Release pull cord straps on each side and pull outward until the brace is at the desired level of support. Bring pull straps forward and secure. Adjust as needed.

Warnings: If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a physician. Some individuals may be sensitive to neoprene or neoprene-blend rubber — if a rash develops, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Care: Secure all straps and remove pads prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
