Features KSM-66, a highly concentrated ashwagandha extract, to help relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety and support the body's ability to cope with stress. Also contains holy basil (OciBest), Polygala, citrus peel, magnolia bark and poria mushroom.

Ingredients (each tablet, herbal dry extracts): Ashwagandha (KSM-66) root 187.5mg (dry equiv. 1.88g); Polygala root 75mg (dry equiv. 750mg); Citrus peel 75mg (dry equiv. 750mg); Holy basil (OciBest) 300mg (dry equiv. 3g); Magnolia bark 93.8mg (dry equiv. 750mg); Poria mushroom 100mg (dry equiv. 500mg).

Directions: Adults: take 2 tablets twice daily, with food, or as professionally prescribed.

Warnings: Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains lactose and galactose, and potassium (12.9mg/tablet). If symptoms persist or you are unsure this medicine is right for you, talk to your health professional.
