Ingredients (each tablet): Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa dry seed extract 556mg (from dry seed 10g); Eschscholzia californica (California Poppy) dry herb flowering extract 250mg (from dry herb flowering 1.5g); Lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia essential oil) 80mg.

Directions: Adults: take 1 tablet with your evening meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
