Endura Rehydration Performance Fuel is a clinically formulated 6% carbohydrate solution designed to maximise hydration, endurance, and performance, replacing electrolytes lost in sweat during intense or prolonged exercise.

Who it's for: Athletes and active adults undertaking intense exercise or exercise lasting longer than an hour, needing electrolyte and carbohydrate replacement.

Key features: Provides 20g of dual-sourced carbohydrates (microcrystalline fructose and maltodextrin) per dose for enhanced absorption. Contains sodium, potassium, calcium, and the patented, highly bioavailable Meta Mag® magnesium to help prevent and relieve muscle cramps. Free from dairy, nuts, yeast, egg, wheat, gluten, and lactose. Made in Australia.

Ingredients (per 25g dose): Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag®) 1.6g (equiv. elemental magnesium 163mg), sodium chloride 446mg (equiv. elemental sodium 176mg), calcium amino acid chelate 210mg (equiv. elemental calcium 42mg), potassium citrate 185mg (equiv. elemental potassium 67mg). Also contains maltodextrin, fructose, malic acid, and natural flavours.

Directions: Mix 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL of water for isotonic use. Before exercise: 1–2 doses 30 minutes prior. During exercise: 1 dose every hour. For rehydration: 1 dose every 20 minutes of exercise. For magnesium/carbohydrate loading: 1 dose (25g with 200mL water) three times daily, 2–3 days before an event.
