The Elastoplast Sport Rigid Strapping Tape is a robust, supportive tape that stabilises joints during vigorous physical activity, effective in both preventative and rehabilitation taping to help restrict movement and prevent injury or re-injury.

Who it's for: Athletes and active adults needing firm, non-stretch joint support for high-stress sport or activity.

Key features: Optimum-strength rayon backing material with a rubber zinc oxide adhesive mass for maximum stability. Flesh-coloured with pink edges for quicker, thread-free application. Latex free.

Directions: Apply directly to clean, dry skin, or over Elastoplast Pre-Taping Underwrap for sensitive skin, following appropriate strapping technique for the joint being supported. Seek advice from a physiotherapist if unsure of technique.

Warnings: Store in a dry place below 30°C. To avoid circulation problems, do not apply too tightly. If numbness or tingling result, remove the tape and reapply with reduced tightness. Seek medical advice if the injury is severe.
