Elastoplast Adult Mouthguards are used to prevent injury to the mouth, jaw, and teeth while playing high-impact or contact sports such as football, hockey, boxing, or MMA. A well-fitted mouthguard helps avoid dental complications and preserves the integrity of the gums, teeth, and jaw.

Who it's for: Adults aged 16 and over playing contact or high-impact sport.

Key features: "Boil and bite" thermoplastic design that moulds to the shape of the teeth and jaw for a snug, personalised fit and maximum support against impact. BPA and latex free.

Directions: Place the mouthguard over the upper teeth to test for correct size; if too long, trim back until a comfortable size is achieved. Place the guard in near-boiling water for 10 seconds and remove with a large spoon, shaking off excess water. Insert immediately and bite firmly but gently to obtain an even bite (the guard will feel warm but will not burn the mouth). While in position, suck the guard against the roof of the mouth and mould it around the sides of the teeth with a forefinger for a custom fit, then cool by immersing in cold water.

Ingredients: Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
