The Elastoplast Sport Adjustable Wrist Brace stabilises and supports weak and injured wrists, limiting wrist motion and protecting muscles, tendons, and ligaments from re-injury.

Who it's for: Adults with carpal tunnel syndrome, mild sprains, strains, or generally weak wrists needing adjustable, everyday support.

Key features: Soft, breathable neoprene material for long-term comfort. Slimline design can be worn under clothing on either the left or right wrist. Adjustable straps for a custom fit.

Directions: Turn the palm of the hand face-up. Place the cushioned pad on the wrist with the fastener facing up. Wrap the bottom strap firmly around the wrist and attach the fastener, then wrap the second strap in the same direction and attach, adjusting to the desired comfort.

Warnings: Some individuals may be sensitive to the neoprene material. If a skin reaction develops, discontinue use and consult a physician.
