The Elastoplast Sport Adjustable Tennis Elbow Support helps relieve symptoms of epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow/Golfer's Elbow) by stabilising the forearm, providing localised compression and warmth that aids general pain and tenderness in the forearm and elbow.
Who it's for: Adults with tennis elbow or golfer's elbow needing localised, adjustable support during activities requiring a strong grip.
Key features: Moisture-releasing material provides comfort throughout the day. Adjustable hook-and-loop fastener enables a custom fit on either the left or right elbow. Fits sizes 18cm to 36cm.
Directions: Pull the fastener through the buckle, with the tendon pad cushion against the skin. With the fastener facing out, position the tendon pad cushion below the elbow towards the outer forearm. Tighten the strap until the fit is snug, yet comfortable.
Ingredients: Polyurethane foam, polyester fabric, nylon.
