The Elastoplast Sport Adjustable Knee Support improves healing and stability in knees that are weak or injured, providing compression and warmth to reduce and prevent joint effusion and pain in the knee joints and tendons.

Who it's for: Adults recovering from sprains, bruises, inflammation, or other minor knee injuries needing adjustable, moderate support.

Key features: Three adjustable straps and an open patella design for stabilisation, comfort, and fit. Side ventilation holes for breathability and reduced bunching behind the knee. Adjustable Velcro straps keep the support in place all day. Skin-friendly neoprene material, washable.

Directions: Place the support over the knee, ensuring the smooth side faces the skin, with the single strap outside the leg and the hole covering the kneecap. While holding the support in place, wrap the middle strap under the knee and attach it. Wrap each of the remaining outside straps around the leg and attach.
