Elastoplast Sport Adjustable Ankle Support

The Elastoplast Sport Adjustable Ankle Support is designed to provide strength and stabilisation for weak or injured ankles, limiting unwanted movement and supporting weak tendons to help prevent injury or re-injury.

Who it's for: Adults with weak or injured ankles needing everyday, adjustable support during sport or activity.

Key features: Support level: firm. Adjustable straps for a tailored fit. Breathable neoprene material fits under most footwear. Suitable for either the left or right ankle. Washable and reusable.

Directions: Place the heel securely in the loop, ensuring the smooth side faces the skin. Wrap the support over the top of the foot towards the inside of the ankle, then under the foot arch and over the top of the foot. Wrap the support around the ankle and attach the strap. Adjust tension to the desired comfort and support.

Warnings: Some individuals may be sensitive to the neoprene material. If a skin reaction develops, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Care: Washable and reusable.
