Directions: Open all fasteners and slide the foot into the stabiliser. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Pull the strap on one side up over the foot, attaching the fastener to the opposite side of the stabiliser, then repeat with the remaining strap.

Ingredients: Polyurethane foam, nylon, polyester, spandex.
