Egoderm Ointment is a corticosteroid-free ointment designed to relieve and protect delicate skin. This soothing, protective ointment helps reduce inflammation and relieves the itch caused by common skin conditions including dermatitis, eczema, genital and anal irritation, minor cold sores and nappy rash. Suitable for adults, children and babies.
Ingredients: Actives (w/w): Ichthammol (Tumenol Ammonium) 1%, Zinc Oxide 15%. Preservatives: Methyl Hydroxybenzoate 0.1% w/w, Propyl Hydroxybenzoate 0.1% w/w.
Directions: Apply to affected skin 3 times daily or as needed. Cleanse with a soap alternative, such as Pinetarsol, as soap may irritate the skin. If very itchy, less inflamed skin persists after 3-5 days, consult your healthcare provider for a more suitable treatment. When the condition clears, continue using less frequently for complete recovery of the underlying skin.
Warnings: For external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.
