Dimetapp® Elixir Cold & Allergy relieves nasal congestion, runny nose, itchy watery eyes and sneezing. Pleasant tasting formula that kids love.


Ingredients

Each 5ml contains: Brompheniramine Maleate 2mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5mg.

Usage

Take 3-4 times daily:
  • Children 6-12yrs: Take 7.5ml. 
  • Adults: Take 10ml. 

Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.

Precautions

Not to be used in children under 6yrs of age without medical advice.

May cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol. If you suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, difficulty in passing urine due to enlargement of the prostate, hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, or are taking antidepressant medication or are taking sedatives or tranquilizers seek medical advice before taking this preparation.

As with any medication, woman who are pregnant or nursing should seek medical advice before taking this product. If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours or are accompanied by a high fever, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before continuing use.
