Dencorub Pain Relieving Heat Patches are an easy and convenient, medicated way to gain temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with backache (lumbago), sprains and strains, and mild pain of medically diagnosed arthritis and fibrositis. Each patch delivers heat to the affected area while releasing a medicated formula that supports pain relief at the source. Self-adhesive and discreet.

Who it's for: Adults and children over 14 years with backache, sprains, strains, minor muscular aches, or mild arthritis/fibrositis pain.

Directions: Ensure the sachet is intact before first use. Take a patch out of the sachet and remove the polyethylene backing film. Apply the patch over the affected area, sticky side to skin. Up to two patches can be applied to the affected area, once or twice daily (up to 4 daily). Remove the old patch before placing a new one. Discard within 10 days of opening the sachet. Store below 25°C.

Ingredients: Methyl Salicylate 74.88mg/patch, Camphor 46.80mg/patch, Menthol 37.44mg/patch. Other ingredients: Glycerol, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Titanium Dioxide, Aluminium Hydroxide, Malic Acid, Sodium Polyacrylate, Purified Water, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Carbomer 2050, Carmellose Sodium, Sorbitol Solution, Disodium Edetate, Methacrylic Copolymer, Polylactic Acid (unwoven cloth), Polyethylene Film.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use if sensitive to any of the ingredients or peppermint oil. Do not use if pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Do not use on children under 14 years. Do not apply to wounds or damaged or irritated skin. Do not use in conjunction with heat pads. If intense burning or itching occurs, remove the patch immediately. Do not use if allergic to aspirin or other NSAIDs. If accidentally eaten, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 131 126 or a doctor at once.

Possible side effects: May occasionally cause itching, reddening, contact eczema, contact allergy, burning or local coolness at the application site. Nausea and stomach upset are possible.
