Who it's for: Adults with muscle pain, mild muscle spasms, sprains and strains, bruising, inflammation, mild arthritis or mild joint pain, particularly those with sensitive skin.

Directions: Apply liberally and gently massage into the affected area 2-3 times per day as necessary. Store below 30°C.
