Deep Heat Neck & Joint Heat Patches provide up to 8 hours of targeted, sustained, soothing temporary pain relief of neck tension, upper back pain, shoulder pain, joint pain or stiffness, muscular aches and pain. Comfortable, odourless and self-adhesive, these thin, contoured patches apply directly to the skin and can be worn unnoticed under clothing for all-day relief. Multi-purpose size (20cm x 9cm) suits the neck and common joints. Works by increasing blood flow to the affected area, providing more oxygen and nutrients to aid the healing process.

Who it's for: Adults with neck tension, shoulder pain, joint pain or stiffness, or muscular aches and back pain.

Directions: Use on clean, dry skin. Tear open the plastic packet and remove the protective film. The patch will activate within 60 seconds and remain warm for up to 8 hours. Apply patch to the affected area, adhesive side onto the skin (for delicate or ageing skin, apply the adhesive side to clothing instead). To remove, slowly peel off. Use 2-3 times daily as required.
