The Deep Heat Lower Back & Hip Heating Belt is a thin, easy-to-apply, wrap-around belt providing up to 12 hours of targeted, sustained temporary pain relief from hip pain, back pain, muscular aches or pain, and joint pain or stiffness.

Who it's for: Adults with lower back or hip pain, muscle aches, or joint stiffness needing hands-free, long-lasting drug-free heat therapy.

Key features: Activates within 60 seconds of exposure to air and heats up within 5 minutes. Odourless — discreet for work or social occasions. Large, comfortable heat cell area (approx. 28cm x 14.5cm) secured with an elastic wraparound Velcro belt. One size fits all.

Directions: Tear open the plastic packet and remove the protective film from the patch. Apply directly to the skin or onto clothing over the affected area, securing the belt with the Velcro closure. Do not use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period. To remove, slowly peel off the patch and dispose of in normal household waste. Single use only.

Ingredients: Contains iron oxide, which provides soothing, long-lasting warmth when exposed to air.
