Caruso's Total Sleep 60 Tablets

Caruso's Total Sleep is a herbal complex that contains a combination of Valerian, Hops, Withania (Ashwagandha) and Chamomile. Valerian, Hops and Chamomile are all herbs traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to induce sleep and relieve restlessness. Ashwagandha has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine as an adaptogenic herb which assists the body in adapting to stress and supports overall nervous system health, helping to enhance sleep quality and maintain healthy sleeping patterns.

Ingredients: Active Ingredients. Each tablet contains: Withania somnifera (KSM-66® Ashwagandha) extract dry conc. 300mg (from dry root 3.75g), Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract dry conc. 250mg (from min. dry root 1g, standardised to Valerenic Acid 750mcg), Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) extract dry conc. 250mg (from dry flower 1g), Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract dry conc. 187.50mg (from dry flower 750mg). Contains lactose. Free from artificial flavours, gluten, nuts, preservatives, soya bean, starch, wheat.

Directions: Adults take 2 tablets half an hour before retiring, or as advised by your health professional.
