Caruso's Super Magnesium Cream works at the site of pain to provide relief from muscle pain and soreness and to relieve the symptoms of mild arthritis.
Caruso's Super Magnesium Cream contains a unique blend of magnesium and the herb Arnica Montana.Arnica has a long history of use for medicinal purposes, dating back as far as the middle ages. Part of the sunflower family, the Arnica flower is bright orange to sunny yellow in colour with a characteristic perfume. Arnica may help to relieve mild joint aches and muscle pain.

Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: apply 5g (approx. 1 tsp) to the affected area(s) and massage gently until fully absorbed once or twice daily or as advised by your health professional.
