Caruso's Sleep More is a herbal sleeping tablet with five herbs to relieve sleeplessness and improve the quality of sleep. It contains Hops and Passion Flower which reduce the time taken to fall asleep and promote deep sleep. Green Tea and Kava reduce the symptoms of mild anxiety, calm the mind and support emotional wellbeing, while Ziziphus relieves restlessness and excess nervous energy.
Ingredients: Active Ingredients. Each tablet contains: Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) extract dry conc. 125mg (from min. dry leaf 10g, standardised to Theanine 27.5mg), Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Ziziphus) extract dry conc. 135mg (from dry seed 1.35g), Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract dry conc. 250mg (from dry flower 1g), Piper methysticum (Kava) extract dry conc. 75mg (from fresh root 750mg), Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) extract dry conc. 150mg (from dry herb 750mg). Free from dairy, lactose, gluten, yeast, soy, nuts, animal products, preservatives and artificial flavours.
Directions: Adults take 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime, or as advised by your health professional.
