A herbal sleeping tablet with five herbs to relieve sleeplessness and improve sleep quality. Hops and Passion Flower reduce the time taken to fall asleep and promote deep sleep, while Green Tea and Kava reduce symptoms of mild anxiety and calm the mind. Ziziphus relieves restlessness and excess nervous energy.
Ingredients (each tablet): Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) ext. dry conc. 125mg (from min. dry leaf 10g, std. to Theanine 27.5mg); Ziziphus jujuba var spinosa ext. dry conc. 135mg (from dry seed 1.35g); Humulus lupulus (Hops) ext. dry conc. 250mg (from dry flower 1g); Piper methysticum (Kava) ext. dry conc. 75mg (from fresh root 750mg); Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) ext. dry conc. 150mg (from dry herb 750mg).
Directions: Adults: take 2 tablets with food, 30-60 minutes before retiring, or as advised by your health professional.
Warnings: Not for prolonged use — may harm the liver. In rare cases Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable under 18. Contains small amounts of caffeine. Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medications.
Suitable for vegans. No added animal products, dairy, lactose, gluten, nuts, soya, yeast, sugar or starch.
